Little Math with Three Puffy Bears

Three little puffy bears have a den full of leaves and plenty of games to invent. Bennie wants to get playing right away. Luz likes to put things in neat rows first. Tamara tests their ideas with her paws—and sometimes knocks the whole row sideways. They are learning very simple math with things bears can find, carry, and munch. Each day, Freda the squirrel visits their den with a suggestion for play nearby. The berry patch and fallen-log clearing supply fresh little problems: enough berries for a snack, a pile of leaves that changes size, or pinecones needed for a rolling game. Bennie and Luz often disagree about whether their pile is ready. Moving and counting the objects lets the bears check for themselves. In every episode they learn to do one simple calculation through fun games and adventures. Each standalone outing stays with that calculation, gives the bears room for a fixable muddle, and ends back at their cozy den. Claude the badger sometimes lends a useful object, but the three bears work out the answer together.
